Hello,
I would like to inform you of my exceedingly positive experience with your tour company on my recent trip to Seward, Alaska. My mom and I arrived in Anchorage on Monday, July 10, 2006. At 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon we discovered that your 4-hour Kenai Fjords Evening Wildlife Cruise would be departing at 6:00 p.m., and after making an almost-too-easy telephone reservation with an extremely courteous and helpful individual (if I knew her name I would gladly endorse her great customer service), we were on our way.
In a word, the overall experience with your company was exceptional! Having had experience in the business end of the tourism industry in Niagara Falls, Ontario, I would like to commend your staff for their services. The experience of the evening cruise prompted our booking of the Kenai Fjords Full-Day National Park Cruise for the following day (Tuesday, July 11). Your crew highly recommended it, and they were extremely helpful in personally getting in touch with the reservation office for us as the evening cruise drew to an end.
The Kenai Fjords Full-Day National Park Cruise proved to be just as enjoyable - fantastic sight-seeing with thorough commentation along the way. Safety issues and requirements were clearly stated as it was obvious the staff were well informed and cognizant of possible concerns for the passengers. In addition to the attractions, I must note that although the dinner menu was the same as what had been served on the evening cruise the previous day, we were certainly looking foward to it! It was well-prepared, consistent from one day to the next, and the items were selective for even someone who does not appreciate prime rib or fresh salmon.
Your company has selected a superior group of individuals who not only provide excellent service to people from the point of reservation to the time of disembarkment, but those whose overall communication with each other was more cohesive and competent than I have ever observed. Their genuine concern for the passengers is apparent, and their professionalism is evident.
Thank you to you and your crew for providing us with a lasting experience! I look forward to visiting again, and will gladly recommend your particular company to others.
